SBHCs specialize in keeping students healthy. They need support and tools to run smoothly. Without the foundational pieces found at this exit, SBHCs may struggle to keep the center running smoothly and competently, regardless of the excellent health care they provide. Exit 8 provides road side assistance that enables the SBHC to keep the patient flow going, address productivity, establish the forms and processes that support good business practice, create a minimum data set, and overarching, create a model that supports the financial aspects of the SBHC. Use the tools at this exit and seek support from your medical sponsor, to keep your SBHC driving efficiently down the highway.
